Corporate image consultants help people make a great first impression by giving them advice on grooming and attire, and web designers make a lucrative living by making websites shine. But, that doesn't change your authentic self.  If you behave poorly, it doesn't matter how well you dress or how well you give a speech, people will not trust you.
