One of my favorite events is the Toronto International Film Festival. Last year I had the opportunity to attend "The Secret in Their Eyes," an Argentinian film that won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Film.
One of the best parts about the festival is the ability for the audience members to ask the cast members and directors questions about their feature films immediately after the screening. It's a great example of getting direct feedback from your customers that we should all try to incorporate in our endeavors and projects. It's a reward, fun event and a focus group combined in one!
